1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BrainLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BrainLens provides AI-powered neuromarketing scan predictions. You upload creative assets (images, ads, logos, packaging), and our AI models generate brain activation predictions showing how the human mind is likely to respond to your content.

Scan results are predictions generated by AI models. They are not medical diagnoses, neuroscience studies, or guaranteed outcomes. Results should be used as one input among many in your marketing decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Your first scan is free — no credit card required.
• Additional scans are available starting at $0.99 per scan.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• All sales are final. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — email brainlensos@polsia.app.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all images and creatives you upload to BrainLens. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI models for the purpose of delivering scan results.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit. Do not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or scan algorithms.
• Automate access to the Service (scraping, bots) without written permission.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.

7. Intellectual Property

BrainLens, its design, AI models, and scan technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI predictions are estimates, not guarantees. We do not warrant that scan results will lead to any specific marketing outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing brainlensos@polsia.app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
