When you use BrainLens, we collect:

• Account information — email address and name you provide at signup.
• Uploaded creatives — images you submit for neuromarketing scans. These are processed by our AI models and stored temporarily to deliver your results.
• Scan results — the brain activation predictions generated from your uploads.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — page views, feature usage, and session analytics to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Deliver neuromarketing scan results to you.
• Process payments for scan credits.
• Improve our AI models and product experience.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, scan results).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your uploaded creatives for advertising.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Uploaded images are processed and retained only as long as needed to deliver your scan results. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• OpenAI / Anthropic — AI model inference for scan predictions.
• Render — cloud hosting infrastructure.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing brainlensos@polsia.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session management and analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
